Sisters Hand-in-Hand
January 2016, Asbury joined together with 7 other churches in the Ada area to host a monthly dinner gathering for local widows. This ministry became a much anticipated social event in the lives of nearly 200 ladies who looked forward to a night out as they could enjoy a good meal and share laughter and fellowship with a other widows.
Due to the current pandemic and the restricts to hosting large gatherings, this vital ministry has been temporarily suspended until we feel safe and comfortable resuming the gatherings. We continue to pray for our widows and all those who struggle to navigate through this difficult time of isolation and separation.
